Once you get into the habit of contemplating what you’re grateful for each day, it’s time to consider writing it down. This can be intimidating for people who don’t like to write or feel they may not have time to dedicate to it. In all honesty, it really doesn’t take that much time to write it down than to simply think on what you appreciate, and you don’t have to have strong writing skills in order to jot down three sentences.
