When Mayor Peter Parker’s twin sons decided to raise the money to build a skate park in Crystal Shores, they didn’t think that anybody in the small coastal town would go to such lengths to stop them.
The boys decided to hold a pumpkin carving competition at Halloween to raise the money they needed, and the Town rallied behind them –
— Everybody but one dastardly citizen who rallied his own forces to make sure that Charlie and Andrew didn’t get the money they needed. He had other plans for that piece of land, and he’d stop at nothing to stop the boys!
